1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and training services. By booking a course or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Course Bookings

All course bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking where necessary.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in GBP (£). Full payment must be made prior to the course start date unless agreed otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to non-payment.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel more than 7 days before the course start date, you may be eligible for rescheduling or a refund, subject to an administration fee.

If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date, fees are non-refundable.

If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days.

5. Attendance and Conduct

Participants must attend the full duration of the course and comply with trainer instructions and health and safety requirements. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

6. Certification

Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course and required assessments. We are not responsible for delays caused by awarding bodies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or employment opportunities.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content and training materials are the property of HAT Construction Solutions Ltd and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or introduce harmful material.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
